Oh man, the first panel had me laughing out loud, she just looks so guilty in that one! And the idea that the guard is just standing there five feet away waiting for something technically illegal to happen tickles my funny bone, too.

I also like this new side of Katia we’re seeing, thus far she has been a rug for people to walk over and her finally snapping is a refreshing turn. Nice job!

  You can fling rocks all over in the game and no one bats an eye. Until you do something that constitutes an ‘attack,’ the guards don’t care. Normally a thrown object won’t do much though; it just bounces around harmlessly.

  If chucking rocks at people is legal, then the guards are true to the game, and only respond to what they would arrest the player for. So, short answer… no. You could use charm spells with complete impunity in the game – even on the guards themselves, which would allow you to escape retribution for smaller crimes (< 100 gold bounty). It did always seem kind of silly to me that no one minded – especially shopkeepers, who could be easily swindled into giving a better deal than they would have normally.

So. I noticed something. Katia’s first new outfit was that of a rouge, with her training using rouge tactics. After losing that she gets a mage outfit, learning how to do magic. Now she has a fighter outfit, and is learning more and more how to fight.

She is going through all bases. Learning just the bare minimum of all. Just like the beginning of Oblivion!

Though it would be funniest if she was doing something that really was impressive and not really boring, to justify everyone just staring, amazed, saying “wow, that’s amazing”. like doing a one-handed handstand and juggling the pineapple against the soles of her feet, and jumproping at the same time, hopping into the air with the one hand.
