По поводу качества. Этот рисуночек пожалуй выходит за рамки скетча но прилично не доходит полноценной работы. Кожу можно просто немного обмазать текстурой чтобы не выглядела полированной пластмассой. Ну или поизвращаться с кистями и попробовать сделать что-то создающее эффект чешуи. С шерстью все куда проще в этом плане.

На текущей своей композиции пробую ещё более многослойную окраску шерсти -- довольно муторно, но выглядит, вроде, прикольнее. Да, спасибо за книжку про мышыцы. (Кхаджит украл ничто! =>_<=)

AndrewKovnat: @Other-than-nothing: To be honest, I made this by making the original image larger, and traced over it with of higher resolution. This is basically the HD remake of it. I used paint.NET (It's software, not a website name).
AndrewKovnat: Darn, I just realized I made a small mistake. The edge of the lighting on the top of Katia's left ear has two pixels within her outline. I am a failure.
