Nefel: I considered putting a questionable tag on it but decided against it. Paint underwear doesn't seem to merit questionable on it's own and the body drawn doesn't emphasize anything that would require it.

stupid_smelly_greedy_cat_people: It's really what the content implies or what the art style does to the character. If it intends to be "sexy" or pornographic, then it gets a questionable tag or, if it's at the extreme, a deletion.

This is freaking cute and hilarious. No forced cleavage, sweat, or anything weird like that. A 10 year old's mother wouldn't find this scarring whatsoever.
