katiaaitak: This is my first 100% digital drawing, I think it's much better than paper

Armored-Struggle-Wagon: @katiaaitak: Good job! *pats you on the back* You're learning, but I enjoy your arts, because it reminds me of me ;3.

AMKitsune: @katiaaitak: It most certainly is! Not only is the overall structure generally better than your earlier works but the colour is understandably cleaner to. The lines are a tad sketchy, but that's perfectly understandable seeing as long, curved lines are usually a challenge (if not borderline impossible) for most people without some kind of brush stabiliser, graphics tablet or 'curved line tool'. On that note, what program are you using to draw with at the moment?

Also, don't forget that when uploading your artwork, you should ideally tag yourself as the artist. For this image, it looks like Mr A.S.Wagon has already gone ahead and tagged you. To tag yourself as an artist, just add "artist:KatiaaitaK" (without the quotation marks) to the tags. That's all there is to it!

Finally, just a little extra thing to bare in mind. Katia's eyes are a light, slightly limy yellow colour. It's a slight oversight that many artists make, but if you can remember to get them coloured right, it helps make the picture that much more accurate (I find that it helps to have a panel or two from the comic open when adding colour to something so I can use whatever program I'm using's colour picker tool to get the perfect colours).

Anyway, keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing where this new 'digital path' takes you :D.

Tahrey: The line edges are weirdly scratchy, but that's probably something to do with the hardware / software. Certainly seems to have come out quite nicely otherwise.

The joy of digital is that you can erase and change things and no-one need ever know. Especially if you make each major feature into its own layer that you can move around, resize, rotate etc relative to eveything else...

katiaaitak: And for anyone who is wondering, the lines might be scratchy because my stylus is pretty cheap and crappy (don't worry it's only temporary, better one arrives on Monday) so coloring was a little bit weird.
