Brevity is the soul of wit. In essence, make anything the comes from your whelpling fingers be succinct, and that you don't overstay your welcome. Writing for too long can...
Furrymoan: Episode Nine is out! And you can find it here:
https://youtu.be/5LR9EqK7n8c
Enjoy!
Prompts used were more than I care to count, but some of the major ones are:
GoodIdeasAreOverrated: >Grape: Inform Unidentified_BA that you have successfully intercepted Kazerad, and to initiate part 2 of the plan. We're jumping universes, baby. Oblivion, to be exact!
Mhauhz: >Grahp: be green grape :3
Enjoy!
Also it looks like youtube compression has fucked the final product a little. Ah well.
AMKitsune: Wow. just, holy shit wow. Even if we did host video's here, that would have been way over the file size limit XD. I can see why this episode took as long as it did. That must have taken ages to model, animate and render.
The important question though, are animation extravaganzas like this going to become the norm for the series, or occasional delights like the prequel flash's (in comparison to the quantity of regular pages)?
Furrymoan: @AMKitsune: Definitely an exception. I think there are maybe six episodes left, possibly more. Either way, the finale might be 3D too, and if it is, I'll put a lot more effort into it (there's lots of half-assed animation going on here, especially with the characters).
In fact, I might go so far as to record actual motion capture and some limited voice acting at my school. No promises though, we'll see. For now, though, get ready for >Tarhiel:Fly.
On topic of voice acting, I feel like it would probably take away from experience. I think that using subtitles or speech bubbles or something like that instead (like in the gifs) would probably be better. Especially since probably no one here knows how to voice act. Well, I'm just throwing an idea in any case.
well i made that bit at like 2 AM so I guess I can forgive myself for that
And Picarto, it wouldn't be any talking, just grunts and stuff during combat. And I go to a media production based school, and one of the courses is based on audio development and film music, so my classmates'd jump at the opportunity to grunt into a microphone for a couple minutes.
picartosux: @Furrymoan: Oh man, I wonder if they'll know what they would be grunting for.
"Oh don't worry, this is for a video for my webcomic about a creator of a webcomic which is based on TES. Oh and it's very furry. Hey, what do you mean you're leaving?"

(And I'm NOT going to point out any spelling issues on the initial scroll or the speed since I can pause it!)
