Take a look at this picture for exemple. http://www.prequeladventure.com/this/story1699.gif Sure the neck isn't quite as raised as it would possibly be in this situation but even then the neck doesn't magically grow.

Then again this is supposed to be a silly picture so don't take my criticism too seriously. Especially if you consider I'm not even an artist... Random internet person, Away!
