Broadly speaking, nipples are okay so long as they are presented in a context not intended to excite or for the satisfaction of some fetish. This piece, however, comes off as more directly sexual in content: Katia is presenting and the boobs are the focus, with the exposure of her sexy bits clearly being the subject. If I were to indulge myself in thinking there's an easy rule for everyone to gauge the need for covering nipples in their own future art, ask yourself if you would have seen it during a 6th grade school museum trip.

But that was awfully long-winded! I'll fade back into the ether until someone does something obviously bad that is easy to pass judgement on.
