My take on Bokdan0's Raj #2. Caught her tomb-raiding, but not thinking it's a very old tomb. Maybe daddy's. She just needs a bit of his extra gold to buy some clothes.

AMKitsune: I have to admit, this is one instance where your simple art style tripped me up a little. To begin with, I couldn't tell if Katia was holding a couple of feathers, or flipping someone off. Then I saw the 'magic fire' tag, and now it all makes sense.

rollanan: @AMKitsune i was gonna put a cycle to the fire but the lineart just looked too inconsistent so i didnt add the frame but yeah it would had been more obvious with it lmao

rollanan: yknow, i think most people depict Kat as a twig but i also kinda headcanon her as actually chubbier, like while she is poor, she eats a lot, like a lot, when she does get the chance, also her sprite also kinda looka chubby to me, and this art over here is probably the closest one ive seen to what i depict of her!

AMKitsune: Seeing all these ancient Egyptian aesthetic pics being uploaded recently reminded me that I had an old looking, side on piece of 'ancient looking' imagery of my own. (not necessarily Egyptian themed. that's much further back in the booru's history.)

Given how long ago I made this (quite a significant while ago), I'm surprised it wasn't already on here.

Zargothrax: This looks like as if she was told to take up some Egyptian dress, without ever having heard of this so called "Egypt", then told to sit down for a photo-shooting, without knowing what a photo-shooting is, or what those dwemer contraptions are that they are now aiming at her, making her feel rather anxious. Confused, nervous, misplaced. An innocent kitten, at odds with a convoluted world.

damrok4321: It turned out very nice. I love the amount of detail you added here. Especially those stone cracks look very neat. You also recreated that pattern of blue magic lines very well.

Zargothrax: Thank you! I was fascinated by Prequel's witch hunter control panel design when I first found the comic. By now, I feel like I've figured them out.
The cracks were rather easy to make by the way, it's more-or-less just a multiply layer!
