It seems pretty clear to me at least that the left one is more feminine, though I wouldn't call the right 'masculine' either. thus I gave her a lighter color slightly. We'll call it ambiguous!

This one had a few attempts drawing khajiit -- it's damn hard to keep it looking feline and to fit the proportions properly. Oh, never mind -- this one will always purrfer semi-realistic style as paramount.

Не "всё время", а только когда некоторые упарываются в мультяшность стиля настолько, что получается "что это такое?!", а у тебя (в работах) преобладает странная вытянутость форм и острота черт, будто персонажи чем-то родственны с богомолами.
Длину шеи элементарно сравнить хотя бы с шириной плеч и/или длиной остальной части позвоночника, ключевой момент -- явно представляй точки первого-последнего шейных позвонков.
Я не спешил критиковать твои работы, чтоб ты прям со старту не считал меня последним (первым?) говном. =-_-=
Можешь глянуть мои потуги -- я там типа пытался в реалистичность форм...

Ну а про "все время" это я про себя... а про вытянутость форм... есть немного. Скажем, что это стиль, который я более менее для себя выработал и который мне более менее нравится. Разве что шеи у меня порой слишком длинные получаются, придется повнимательней находить баланс, так-что спасибо за совет
