(They cannot equip boots or closed-faced helmets due to their anatomy, for instance. That doesn't stop people from offering enchanted boots and helmets at the end of a tough quest, because that's Morrowind for ya.)

... the waist section between torso and pelvis is too short, and the forearm needs to be extended and straightened out, so try moving the elbows back further to make room for it. >):^o
The hands would look more natural if the current location of the fingertips were replaced with knuckles, and extend the fingers out from that point. >):^/
And the bases of the ear could be moved closer the the center of the head sphere and overlapped inside the outline of the head to give it more three dimensional pop. >):^]
Adding a slight fold to the top of the ear and a tuft of hair at the center of the ear's base that connects to the head will also help define three dimensional planes.c^:(<
Move the eyes forward to touch the front of the face, since Khajiit are predatory creatures, and thus has their eyes set close together at the front of their face for better motion tracking. >)B^]
And lastly, the snouts could be squashed a bit shorter, felines tend to have much shorter snouts then canines do. >):^<
