The blood-red grasslands wouldn't be out of place in most of the Prince's realms, and if not for the floating heads I'd guess they belonged to Hircine. However, given the three whirling, delirious faces in the sky, it is obvious that this land either belongs to madness or to terror. I have seen the Shivering Isles, and know this place is not there, so that leave only Vaermina's nightmare plane.
