Zargothrax: She isn't just gorgeous, she's on fire!
Btw, I've noticed a trend now, with the way you imply the iliac spine (the "visible" part of the hip bone). It is mostly correct on her left side, but has an incorrect orientation on her right. As if the right ASIS point was in front of her belly. Well, I know it is almost futile to try to convey 3D positioning and orientation with words so just look at this https://orig02.deviantart.net/972c/f/2011/079/d/3/anatomy_hip_male_by_bardi3l-d3c272p.jpg. No I can't understand the text either :D. But after a quick search this is the only x-ray reference I found.
Tried to show it myself but please be aware of that I'm no professional either. The red lines indicate the iliac spine
Zargothrax: @lapma: "its been a while since last time i uploaded" That "while" was probably less time than the amount of time between my 2 closest consecutive uploads.
Zargothrax: @KuroNeko: Technically I just used a study I found on deviantart as a reference https://www.deviantart.com/vixenkiba/art/-Pose-Study-01-Pole-Dancing-505722561. If you are good at gesture drawing, and have at least some anatomy knowledge, making drawings like these off of references isn't too hard (just don't trace, tracing is for losers).
I'd say making this was a lot more fun than doing the kind of drawings I usually post. It's like as you push more polish into a drawing, at some point it kinda falls over an uncanny valley. Sketches are like on the peak at the left of the valley, well inked, colored (and probably even shaded) drawings are on the right peak. As I make a sketch into a final drawing, I sometimes can't help but feel as the drawing was getting worse, and only after a considerable amount of work does it start to look better than it could have as a sketch. But that's a lot of time and effort.
Zargothrax: Oh and photos can get rotated because of the metadata attached to the image by the camera you use. I recommend you remove them before uploading a photo https://www.verexif.com/en/
Zargothrax: Haha! Was Kaz imitating the death sound of Oblivion guards there? I can already imagine his relatives walking up to him and saying "Body's still warm, looks like there's a killer about"
Zargothrax: Who is the artist for these by the way? Find it strange that he/she made so many prequel related drawings but refused to make an account here.
Zargothrax: Epic! And cute. Really well drawn! Nice original take on the wizard robe. I also like how you managed to make her look non-questionable and naked at the same time by making her draconian
Zargothrax: @KuroNeko: Thanks!
This may not be my finest work, but I'd say his expression on the last panel came out pretty well. And sorry I'm not familiar with this reference, where is it from?
Anyway I think it's time for all of us to slowly forget about Eyetia again for 2-3 years. (Then bring her up again to scare the shit out of every by-then newcomer!)
Zargothrax: In it's own cartoony way, this comic looks really professional. If you are the artist, tag yourself, so that people here may now you're a badass (artist:semiafro007).
Zargothrax: She's pretty cute as Tali, and the blue color complements her yellow fur nicely. Let's hope her immune system is not cosplaying that of the quarians.
Zargothrax: @AMKitsune: And what about removing tags, that seem irrelevant? Or removing tags that are used only in 1-2 images and are not artist/franchise names, etc. or required to understand the image? Also, at some point, I think you should clarify when one should tag an image "khajiit". It seems superfluous 99% of the time, and would make sense only if all images of khajiits were tagged as such, or none (an other way I can imagine if it was only used on other khajiits than Raj, Kat and the bartender, and characters that were not meant to be khajiits but the artist turned them into one).
Oh and sorry Lapma, for spamming your thread with irrelevant stuff, but I need answers!
Btw. I was thinking about bringing back Eyetia for a while now, but you beat me to it. I'm not mad though, your implementation looks better than mine would've .
Zargothrax: I'm tagging this as acrobatics (and misuse of tail), because that's what you level up by jumping around (and I guess that's what all of us did when playing Oblivion). But do you guys mind me modifying the tag list of like half the entries I see on this boruu? I mean, the functionality and permissions point towards that we can do that, I'm just asking if this bothers anyone.
